The skirt is pretty adjustable with a cord for tightening the waste. So far, it seems sturdy. There is a built in set of shorts under the skirt, so there is no chance of accidentally flashing anyone.

It lovely material but I didn’t know that the panties were built into the dress sometimes I like to wear no panties and let the wind blow up under my skirt when I go outside but it fit perfect
